Returns, exchanges and notice of defects
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from OMR BEAUTY. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and complaints:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - 30 DAYS
According to Swedish law, you always have 30 days to cancel your purchase. If you wish to return a product or exchange it for something else, please contact our customer service at:

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
When returning a product, please ensure:
- The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All product information and manuals are included.
- The product is well-protected for shipment (we recommend using the same packaging it was delivered in).
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
COMPLAINTS - UP TO 3 YEARS
If a product is defective, you have the right under Swedish law to file a complaint within three years of purchase, provided the defect was discovered within a reasonable time. Defects include manufacturing faults but do not cover normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by repairing the defect. If that is not possible, we will send a replacement product. If neither option is feasible, we will offer a refund. For assistance with complaints, please contact our customer service.
