Welcome to OMR BEAUTY and our website, omrbeauty.com (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer, place an order through or use omrbeauty.com. The Terms constitute an agreement between you and OMR Beauty AB (Reg. No: 556812-6428), Frejgatan 32, 113 26 Stockholm, Sweden. Please carefully read these Terms before using the Website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes published online. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. References to "we," "our," and "us" refer to OMR BEAUTY.

Before Placing Your Order

Review your selected items, personal information, and total price carefully before placing your order.
Products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until we accept your order.
Product images may not perfectly represent colors due to screen settings or resolution differences.

Age Restrictions

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If under 18, parental consent is required in accordance with the Swedish Parental Code.

Consumer vs. Commercial Use

Orders placed via the Website are for personal use only. If we suspect an order is for commercial purposes, we may request proof of end-consumer intent and reserve the right to cancel the order if proof is not provided.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is submitted, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.

Returns, Cancellations & Defects

Reporting Defects

Damaged packages must be reported immediately upon retrieval at the pickup point.
Complaints about defective items must be submitted within a reasonable time after detection, using our contact form. We may request photos of the product and proof of purchase.
You have the right to complain about defects within three years of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product and original packaging are in unused and sealed condition.
Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain proof of shipment. Returns typically take 1-3 weeks to process.

Payment & Pricing

Prices exclude VAT for orders outside the EU and USA. Customers are responsible for local taxes and import duties.
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, Swish, Trustly, invoice, and partial payment via Adyen and Qliro.
Payments are processed when your order is shipped.

Pricing Errors

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel the order. Orders may also be canceled if payment has been received but pricing discrepancies were evident.

Shipping

Delivery Times

Shipping typically takes 2-14 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

Uncollected Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. A fee of 250 SEK applies for reshipping uncollected or misaddressed packages.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. In disputes, we comply with decisions by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or equivalent.

EU customers can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Force Majeure

OMR BEAUTY is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or supplier issues.
