
Returns, Exchanges & Complaints
At OMR BEAUTY, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To ensure the highest standards of product quality and hygiene, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Process: Contact us at [email protected] before returning your item to receive further instructions.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain proof of shipment. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Return Risk: Returns are made at your own risk. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method. Please do not send returns via registered post or Schenker.
- Packaging: If possible, reuse the original packaging. Ensure your return is clearly addressed to OMR BEAUTY and include a note inside with: Your name, order number, and email address.

Reporting Defects
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately as follow:
Damaged packages:
If the package appears damaged upon arrival, report it to the pickup point immediately when retrieving your order.
Defective products:
Contact us at [email protected] and provide:
- A clear image of the defect
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the product if possible. If replacement is not feasible, we will offer a full refund.
- Return Costs for Defects: OMR BEAUTY is not responsible for return shipping costs related to defect claims.
