Delivery times vary by location. Orders within Europe typically take 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days.
Please take a photo of your damaged product immediately and send it to [email protected] along with your order number. We will make every effort to replace your order or refund you.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange a product. The item must be in its original, unused condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship perfumes to Albania, Australia, Bosnia, Canada, Japan, and Mexico due to restrictions on transporting flammable liquids, such as perfumes, by air to these countries. These regulations are enforced by international shipping carriers and customs authorities to ensure safety during transit. We are continually exploring options to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Perfume oils can sometimes appear frozen due to exposure to low temperatures during transit. This is because the natural oils used in the formulation contain fatty acids that solidify when chilled. Once the product is brought back to room temperature, it typically returns to its normal liquid state. To speed up the process, you can gently warm the bottle in a water bath at 35–40°C, but be careful to avoid any water entering the oil.
