Returns, exchanges & complaints
At OMR BEAUTY, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and ensure you receive fresh unopened products. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on opened or tested items. If your products are completely unopened, you can cancel your purchase within 30 days. To return an item, contact us at: [email protected]
We do not provide return shipping labels, so the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Returns are made at your own risk, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method. Please note: Do not send your return via registrered post or Schenker, reuse the original packaging for your return.
Make sure to clearly address your return to OMR BEAUTY and include a note with your name, order number, and email address inside the package. Send it to:

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 30 days. If we cannot accept your return, we will notify you by email.
Complaints
If you believe there's an issue with your product, please contact us at [email protected]. To help us process your complaint quickly, include a clear image of the defect along with your order number.
Defects are issues related to the manufacturing of the product and do not include normal wear and tear. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by replacing the product. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund. Please note: OMR BEAUTY is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In case of a dispute, we follow all decisions made by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 30 days.
