Due to strict shipping regulations for perfumes containing alcohol, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Albania, Australia, Bosnia, Canada, Japan, and Mexico. These rules vary by country, making it difficult to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
You will receive an email confirmation (and text message, if you opted for text notifications at checkout) to keep you updated on the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by location. Orders within Europe typically take 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days.
Please take a photo of your damaged product immediately and send it to [email protected] along with your order number. We will make every effort to replace your order or refund you.
