We ship to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and USA.

We continuously work on adding more countries to our list.

If you are located outside the EU (except UK and Norway) and the USA, you as a customer are responsible for customs and other fees.

Currently, we are unable to ship to all international countries, including Australia, Canada, among others. However, we are actively working on finding a solution. In the future, we plan to offer products in our assortment that can be shipped internationally.

Since the package has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return. Please refer to the information below, under “I need to make a return”.

1. Make sure that the product is sealed and unused; it should be in the same condition as you received it. 
2. Pack it, preferably in its original shipping box. 
3. Contact [email protected] and let customer service know that you wish to make a return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Processing of returns typically takes between 1-3 weeks. Remember to save the receipt for your return and send it in a way that can be traced. By doing so, we will be able to reimburse you even if the package is lost during the return delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send out signed cards or perfumes with your order because they are shipped from our warehouses. However, keep your eyes open as we may have activations from time to time that include such items.

Any notice of a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been detected. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. Please note that you must save the defective product and its original packaging until the case has been resolved. If the product is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you before taking any further action. Typically, we process notices of defects within 3-14 working days and will refund the amount of your order within 30 days based on the original form of payment. If you prefer, we can also send you a replacement item.

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please notify the pickup point immediately upon receiving the package. They have special forms for reporting damage.

Please ensure that you enter the correct address during checkout to ensure your shipment is delivered to the right location. If you need to make any changes, please contact [email protected] as soon as you notice a typo.

You should receive an email with a tracking link when your package leaves our warehouse. If you cannot locate your package using the tracking link, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you.

If you pre-ordered DUO, you can expect it to be sent to you in June. Depending on your location and delivery method, the arrival time may vary.

If you place a DUO together with an INTRO, the shipment will not be sent out until the DUO is ready to be shipped with your order. Therefore, we recommend you order DUO separately.
