CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
This website is addressed to you as an individual (consumer) of legal age in your country. Once you have completed your order, an electronic confirmation/invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. It is important that you enter the correct email address. The confirmation includes details of your purchase, such as product name, price, and billing and delivery address. We recommend saving the confirmation for reference. If you do not receive a confirmation or if there is an error, please contact our customer service immediately. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices shown on www.omrbeauty.com include VAT (unless otherwise specified or selected by the customer) in accordance with applicable legislation. Prices do not include delivery charges, which may vary depending on the selected shipping option. The current prices are shown on the website next to the product. In the event of a clearly incorrect price, OMR BEAUTY is not obliged to offer the incorrect price. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
If an order is shipped outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may apply, which are payable upon delivery. You are responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. OMR BEAUTY reserves the right to change or correct prices and final sales. If a pricing error is detected, we may cancel your order and refund your payment. Ordering and paying via www.omrbeauty.com is safe and easy. Available payment methods vary by country and are displayed at checkout. Payments can be made before or after delivery, according to the options presented. OMR BEAUTY reserves the right to modify payment options at any time. Products remain the property of OMR BEAUTY until full payment is received.
DELIVERY
OMR BEAUTY takes great care in processing orders and strives to deliver them according to your chosen delivery method. Normal delivery times are 2-14 business days, depending on the selected shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If a delay occurs without prior notice, please contact customer service. If you wish to cancel an order due to a delay, you must notify us before the order has been shipped.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs. For deliveries outside Europe, additional shipping fees may apply.
- If any products in your order are out of stock at the time of packing, only the available products will be shipped. You will be refunded for any missing items, and no additional shipping charges will apply if you initially received free shipping.
- In the event of receiving a damaged or opened box upon delivery, notify your pickup point or selected shipping company immediately.
LIABILITY
OMR BEAUTY’s liability for delivery failures is limited to applicable delivery conditions. Our liability for any loss or damages arising in connection with your order is limited to the total amount of your order, unless otherwise stipulated by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed opportunities.
FORCE MAJEURE
OMR BEAUTY is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as government intervention, new laws, war, natural disasters, labor strikes, or transportation issues.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
OMR BEAUTY reserves the right to update prices, add additional costs, and make changes to product information without notice. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions but recommend checking ingredient lists and packaging upon delivery. Product images may vary based on screen settings and resolution.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Products must be returned in unopened and unused condition with their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
To cancel your purchase, contact our customer service within 30 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain proof of shipment. Returns typically take 1-3 weeks to process.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will issue a refund using the same payment method. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after we receive the return. We reserve the right to deduct depreciation costs if products have been used beyond necessary handling.
COMPLAINTS
All products must be free from defects. You have the right to file a complaint about a defective product within three years of purchase. If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately, including photos and proof of purchase. Complaints are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Approved complaints will be refunded within 30 days.
BEST-BEFORE DATE AND ALLERGIC REACTIONS
