Returns, Exchanges & Complaints
At OMR BEAUTY, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and ensure that you receive fresh, unopened products. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of opened or tested items. If your products are completely unopened, you may cancel your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product and original packaging remain unused and sealed.
Returns
To return an item, please contact us at [email protected]. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain proof of shipment. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 30 days. If we cannot accept your return, we will notify you by email. Returns typically take 1–3 weeks to process. We do not provide return shipping labels, so the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Returns are made at your own risk, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method. Please note: Do not send your return via registered post or Schenker. If possible, reuse the original packaging for your return.
Ensure your return is clearly addressed to OMR BEAUTY and include a note inside the package with your name, order number, and email address. Ship your return to:

Reporting Defects
If your package arrives damaged, please report it immediately upon retrieval at the pickup point. If you believe your product is defective, contact us at [email protected]. To help us process your claim quickly, please include:
- A clear image of the defect
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
Complaints regarding defective items must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery. You have the right to file a complaint about manufacturing defects within three years of purchase. Defects refer to manufacturing faults and do not include normal wear and tear. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by replacing the product. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund. Please note that OMR BEAUTY is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 30 days. In case of a dispute, we follow all decisions made by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
