Absolutely. All our products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

This can happen if your perfume oil was exposed to cold temperatures during shipping. Natural oils contain fatty acids that can solidify when chilled. Once the bottle reaches room temperature, the oil will return to its normal liquid state.

Tip: To speed up the process, place the bottle in a bowl of warm water (35–40 °C / 95–104 °F). Just make sure no water gets inside the oil.

Due to international shipping regulations on flammable liquids, perfumes cannot currently be shipped to Australia, Canada, Japan, or Mexico. These rules are set by carriers and customs authorities to ensure safe transportation. We’re actively exploring solutions to expand our shipping options in the future.

Most orders arrive within up to 7 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 30 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
