At OMR, we want you to feel confident and cared for when you shop with us. Every product is created with intention, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and hygiene — which is why we only accept returns of products that are unopened and unused.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, here’s how to do it:

Eligibility — Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Contact us first — Please email order@omrbeauty.com before sending your item back. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping costs — You are responsible for the return shipping cost and must keep your proof of shipment. We don’t provide return labels.

Safety first — Returns are made at your own risk, so we recommend a traceable shipping method. Please avoid sending returns via registered post or Schenker.

Packaging — If you can, reuse the original packaging and make sure your return is clearly addressed to OMR. Include a note inside with: Your name, order number, and email address.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions. If your return isn’t accepted, we’ll notify you by email.
Reporting Defects
If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.
- Damaged packages — Report it immediately at the pickup point when collecting your order.

Defective products — Email order@omrbeauty.com with: A clear photo of the defect, your order number, and proof of purchase.
Claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe.
- Manufacturing defects can be reported within three years.
- Please note: defects don’t include normal wear and tear.
If a defect is confirmed, we’ll replace the product whenever possible. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund. For confirmed defects, OMR covers return shipping — just contact us for assistance.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method. In case of any disputes, we follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).
