Who can purchase
This website is addressed to individuals (consumers) who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Order confirmation
Once you have completed your order, an electronic order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. It is essential that you provide a correct email address.
The confirmation includes:
- Product name(s) and quantity
- Price per item and total price (including VAT and delivery charges)
- Billing and delivery address
- Estimated delivery time
- Payment method
- Information about your right of withdrawal
Please save this confirmation for your records. The order confirmation serves as your receipt and proof of purchase.

When prices become binding
Prices displayed on the website become binding when:
- You accept these terms during checkout, AND
- You receive the order confirmation
The contract between you and OMR BEAUTY is concluded when you receive the order confirmation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and VAT
All prices shown on www.omrbeauty.com are displayed in the currency available for your region or selected at checkout. We do not guarantee availability of all currencies. Any exchange rate or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility. For deliveries within the EU, the VAT rate of the customer’s Member State applies. The applicable VAT will be displayed at checkout. VAT at the applicable rate for sales to consumers in Sweden and the EU.
The total price you pay includes:
- Product price (including VAT)
- Delivery charges (clearly shown before you complete your purchase)
- Any other charges (which will be clearly disclosed before checkout)
The total price does NOT include:
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees for deliveries outside the EU (see below)
When we advertise a price reduction, we indicate the previous price as the lowest price applied during the 30 days prior to the reduction (unless a different period is required by law).
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on:
- Your delivery address
- The shipping method you select
All delivery charges are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. You will see the total cost (including delivery) before you confirm your order.

Price errors

Orders Outside the European Union – Import Duties & Customs
IMPORTANT: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges
- Such charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are outside of OMR Beauty’s control
- Payment must be made directly to the carrier or customs authority where required
OMR Beauty has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or guarantee their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order for further information.
If you refuse to pay applicable customs charges and the shipment is returned, delayed, or abandoned, OMR Beauty reserves the right to:
- deduct all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling expenses from your refund, OR
- withhold refunds entirely where costs exceed the order value.
OMR Beauty is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by customs clearance procedures.
Payment methods
Ordering and paying via www.omrbeauty.com is safe and secure. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.
Available payment methods include are displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary over time and by country.
Payment timing:
- Most orders require payment at the time of purchase
- Some payment methods (such as invoice options) allow payment after delivery

Payment is due immediately upon placing your order unless you select a payment method that allows deferred payment (such as invoice). If you select invoice payment, payment is due within [specify number] days of receiving the invoice, as stated in the invoice terms.
Retention of title
Products remain the property of OMR BEAUTY until we have received full payment for your order.
Changes to prices
OMR BEAUTY reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an order confirmation.
DELIVERY
Delivery time
OMR BEAUTY takes great care in processing and delivering your order promptly.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: [5-7 business days]
Express shipping: [2-3 business days]
International shipping: [7-14 business days]
Maximum delivery time: Delivery will occur within 30 days from the date of order confirmation unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. This is a legal requirement under Swedish consumer law.
If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days:
- You have the right to cancel your order
- You are entitled to a full refund of all payments made
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.
Delivery delays
If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and provide:
- The reason for the delay
- A new estimated delivery date
- Your options (wait for delivery or cancel the order)
If you wish to cancel an order due to a delay, you must notify us by emailing info@omrbeauty.com.
Delivery address
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by you
- Failure to collect the package from the delivery point
- Refusal to accept delivery
You will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the order. We will contact you to arrange reshipment and payment of the additional shipping fee.
Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods.
Receiving your delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully for any visible damage.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you must notify the carrier immediately and note the issue with the delivery driver or on the delivery receipt. Please also contact our customer service at info@omrbeauty.com as soon as possible so we can assist with the claim.
Failure to report damage promptly may affect our ability to process claims with the carrier.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may, depending on the selected shipping method:
- leave the package in a designated safe place (if authorized),
- deliver to a pickup point, OR
- attempt redelivery.
Once the shipment has been delivered according to the carrier’s confirmation, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Out of stock items
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.
International deliveries
For deliveries outside Europe, additional shipping fees may apply. These will be clearly displayed during checkout. Please also read the section above regarding customs duties and import taxes.

Product information and descriptions
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour, appearance, scent, or packaging may occur and do not constitute defects.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the product received.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights.

Flammable products – Important safety information
WARNING: Some fragrance products contain alcohol and are flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames.
Please follow all safety instructions on the product packaging. Use of the product is at your own risk. OMR Beauty is not liable for damage resulting from improper storage or use.
Hazard information:
- Products containing flammable ingredients display hazard pictograms and safety phrases (H-phrases and P-phrases) in accordance with the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Please read and follow all safety information on the product label.
- In case of fire use water spray, foam, dry powder, or CO2 to extinguish.
Scented Candles – Safety, Use & Liability
Our scented candles are intended for home fragrance purposes only. By purchasing and using OMR Beauty candles, you acknowledge and agree to follow all safety instructions and accept the terms below.
Proper Use
Candles must be used responsibly and only in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children and pets
- Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from flammable materials, drafts, curtains, fabrics, or furniture
- Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time
- Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use
- Discontinue use when less than 1 cm of wax remains
- Do not move or touch the candle while hot or burning
- Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire hazards, injury, or property damage.
Risk Acknowledgement
By lighting or using a candle, you acknowledge that an open flame presents inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMR Beauty shall not be liable for:
- misuse or improper handling of candles
- failure to follow safety instructions
- damage to property
- personal injury
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from candle us
Use of the product is at the customer’s own risk.
Product Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature of candles, minor variations in color, scent strength, or appearance may occur. These do not constitute defects.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring suitability for personal use. OMR Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Compliance

OMR Beauty is not responsible for issues arising from use of products beyond their recommended period or improper storage.

Product Information File (PIF): We maintain a Product Information File for each cosmetic product as required by law. If you require specific safety information, please contact info@omrbeauty.com.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS): For products classified as hazardous under CLP Regulation, Safety Data Sheets are available upon request for professional users.
WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
All products must be free from defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@omrbeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
We will assess the claim and, if a defect is confirmed, offer an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or cosmetic variations that do not affect product function.
We reserve the right to inspect returned products to verify the defect.
If we ask you to return a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for personal injury, death, or fraud.
Subject to this, OMR Beauty’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
OMR Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for using, storing, and handling products in accordance with the instructions and safety information provided.
Failure to do so may affect your rights to refunds, replacements, or claims.
LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable distance selling laws, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting info@omrbeauty.comand providing your order details.
Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be unused and handled only to the extent necessary to assess their nature and function. We may deduct compensation for any diminished value.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed cosmetic or fragrance products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk during return.
Refunds include the product price and standard delivery costs only. Additional delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Deduction for Diminished Value
We may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund if returned goods show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess the product.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)
In addition to your statutory withdrawal rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy as a customer service benefit.
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
To request a return, please contact info@omrbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk during return.
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned goods using the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct compensation for diminished value where products have been used or damaged.
