
Returns, Exchanges & ComplaintsAt OMR BEAUTY, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To ensure the highest standards of product quality and hygiene, we only accept returns of unopened and unused products.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Process: Contact us at [email protected] before returning your item for further instructions.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain proof of shipment. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Return Risk: Returns are made at your own risk. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method. Please do not send returns via registered post or Schenker.
- Packaging: If possible, reuse the original packaging. Ensure your return is clearly addressed to OMR BEAUTYand include a note inside with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Your email address

Reporting Defects
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately:
- Damaged packages: Report it at the pickup point when collecting your order.
- Defective products: Email us at [email protected] with:
- A clear image of the defect
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
Claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe. Manufacturing defects can be reported within three years. Please note: defects do not include normal wear and tear.
Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the product if possible. If not, a full refund will be issued.
Return Costs: If a defect is confirmed, OMR BEAUTY will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method. In case of disputes, we follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).
