You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Processing of returns typically takes between 1-3 weeks. Remember to save the receipt for your return and send it in a way that can be traced. By doing so, we will be able to reimburse you even if the package is lost during the return delivery.
Any notice of a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been detected. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. Please note that you must save the defective product and its original packaging until the case has been resolved. If the product is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you before taking any further action. Typically, we process notices of defects within 3-14 working days and will refund the amount of your order within 30 days based on the original form of payment. If you prefer, we can also send you a replacement item.
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please notify the pickup point immediately upon receiving the package. They have special forms for reporting damage.
