Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Perfume oils can sometimes appear frozen due to exposure to low temperatures during transit. This is because the natural oils used in the formulation contain fatty acids that solidify when chilled. Once the product is brought back to room temperature, it typically returns to its normal liquid state. To speed up the process, you can gently warm the bottle in a water bath at 35–40°C, but be careful to avoid any water entering the oil.

Please note: For Australia, Canada, Japan, and Mexico, we currently offer shipping for fragrance oils and caps only.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship perfumes to Australia, Canada, Japan, and Mexico due to restrictions on transporting flammable liquids, such as perfumes, by air to these countries. These regulations are enforced by international shipping carriers and customs authorities to ensure safety during transit. We are continually exploring options to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Orders
Our estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days. However, depending on your chosen shipping method, transit times may vary.

Returns
